WHAT WE OFFER YOUR CHILD
Our approach is simple: It is through play that children learn about themselves and others.
Play provides time for children to explore their world and experiment by acting out the many roles they see. It is through play that children feel joy, acceptance and build self-confidence and feelings of fulfillment.
The child's feelings about self and others are nurtured, and a full range of emotional expression is encouraged. The personality of each child is respected, while responsibility and self-discipline are encouraged.
While the children are taught about the world around them, greater emphasis is given to the development of increased attention span, problem solving strategies, and expressive and receptive skills.
We try to help children to recognize and learn to cope with their emotions and to resolve conflicts. In a child's early years it is especially important to help with the development of self-esteem and positive social skills. We also work with each child to help him or her learn to play in a way that is accepting of others. Together, we believe that these qualities will create happy, fulfilled individuals.
